Comment on arcs in a group

I am not sure where the best place to ask this question is, so sorry if there was somewhere I should have already looked.

A friend of mine and I regularly share our arcs together in a group we have formed. We sometimes call and talk through them together. However, I think it would be helpful if we could leave comments on the arc, kind of like you would on a blog post. Is this already possible? I thought I have seen some shared pages with comments on them, but as I am looking now I can’t find any. Perhaps I am confused.

Anyway, if there is a way for us to leave comments on each other’s work, I’d appreciate guidance on how to make that happen.

Hi Nathaniel!

Yes, you can share comments on an arc that has been shared or published on Published Pages. To share a page, click on the shape with three dots beside the name of the passage your arc is on (see the top right corner of the screenshot below).

Choose what to share from the menu that appears, and you’ll be taken to a new page where you can choose to edit or publish the page (top right corner), or you can create a group to share an arc with (just below the top right corner).

I actually know how to share an arc to the group. But I don’t see how to leave feedback on the arc once it is shared to the group. We are currently copying screenshots of the arc and using email to exchange comments on specific parts of each other’s arcs. I think it might be helpful if we could leave all our comments in the program itself

Sorry for the misunderstanding—yes, there is a way to leave comments on shared posts.

At the bottom right of the page, you should see a tab that says “Comments.” If you click on it, it will pop up for you to add and reply to comments.

@Brent-Karding - I can’t find that tab. I don’t know if I am overlooking it or there is some other problem. The screen I see when I look at arcs shared in our group looks like this.

@Nathaniel-Simmons - Here is a picture of the bottom of the screen.

When the author is creating or editing the page, he/she has the option of turning off comments. It appears that the author of this arc has done just this.
